Experience stillness and sense of balance with Restorative yoga. Supported with blocks and bolsters you can completely relax every muscle in your body. Against a candlelit backdrop you will feel like you are a world away from life's pressures.

Taking time out from our busy lives activates your vagus nerve. ( Turning on your rest & digest response). This also allows your body deep rest. 😍🧘Reiki Healing Energy will add to this and can improve your sense of well-being.

To deepen your experience I will use candlelight, soothing aromatherapy and face masks.

Last but not least you will enjoy a beautiful sound bath by Elaine Stephens 🤩.
