🧘 Time to be still and tune into you. Helping you to slow down. Creating balance in our busy lives.
🧘 Guided mediation.
🧘 Savasanah or that little sleep at the end.
Where will it be ?
In the beautiful Antrim Pilates , Woodgreen Kells. Just 5 minutes from Antrim and Ballymena. Lots of car parking outside
What will you need to bring ?
Just a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes.
As we have limited space prebooking necessary. Pm myself to reserve your space.
