Stride with Pride
Join us for our regularly scheduled Stroller Strides class with a PRIDE theme! Stick around after class for an all-inclusive story time. Whether you are an ally for the LGBTQIA+ community or a member of it, ALL ARE WELCOME at this workout. Meet at shelter 5, bring water for you, any snacks/toys for your little one in the stroller, a towel or yoga mat and your SMILE!
