Full Moon Rising Beach Yoga

Join us on the shore for a soulful, one-hour yoga practice as the full moon rises over the ocean. Held the evening before the full moon at its brightest, this class invites you to slow down, ground into the sand, and open your heart beneath the glowing sky.

We'll move through a gentle, flowing sequence designed to release tension and invite intention-setting.
All levels are welcome. Bring a towel, something warm for savasana, and an open spirit. Let the rhythm of the waves and the glow of the rising moon guide you inward as you honor the cycle of renewal.

Please note there are no public restrooms at this beach access.
