CB Trash Walkers "Keep Our Island Free of Trash" Beach & Boardwalk Clean-up

Join the CB Trash Walkers for a special post-fireworks clean-up event at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk on Wednesday, July 9th from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, meeting in front of the Amphitheatre Stage. This community-led effort comes just days after the busy July 4th celebrations, a time when trash and debris often accumulate in our coastal spaces. The goal is to remove litter before it can harm local wildlife or wash into the ocean. Everyone is welcome—residents, visitors, families, and kids—to take part in keeping our boardwalk and beach beautiful.

Proper waste disposal and reducing single-use items are small actions that make a big impact on the health of our environment. Events like this help raise awareness about the lasting effects of pollution and the importance of leaving no trace. Gloves, bags, and good vibes will be provided. Let’s come together to protect the natural beauty that makes Carolina Beach such a special place to live and visit.
