Introduction to Authentic Yoga Sunday, July 20, 2025

This is more than just a yoga class—it’s an immersive experience into yoga as a way of life, rooted in ancient wisdom and shared in a peaceful, natural setting.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reconnect, and explore the deeper dimensions of yoga in a supportive community.
Throughout the day, you’ll be introduced to five traditional paths of yoga:
• Hatha Yoga – for the body: cleansing techniques (shatkarmas), postures (asana), and breathwork (pranayama)
• Raja Yoga – for the mind: guided meditation, yoga nidra, and sound healing
• Gyana Yoga – for the intellect: study and reflection on yogic scriptures
• Bhakti Yoga – for the heart: devotional practices, including Havan (fire ceremony) and Aarti (prayers for world peace)
• Karma Yoga – for the soul: the path of selfless service
What to Expect: Authentic, inclusive yoga practices for all levels Exploration of key yogic texts and rituals Breathwork, meditation, and inner reflection Connection, community, and integration time
Suggested donations are welcome, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
