OKC-Style Smashburger Pop-Up

We're making an Okie-style Smashburger featuring a 5 oz patty from our very own Belted Kingshire cattle, thinly sliced white onions, Farm pickles, El Puente aioli, all between a soft potato bun.

In case you're unfamiliar, the Belted Kingshire is a unique, relatively new breed of mini beef cattle developed right here at Carnation Farms. It's a crossbreed, combining the genetics of Highland, Belted Galloway, Mini Angus, Mini Hereford, and Dexter cattle. Come taste for yourself what all the fuss is about!
