With expert guidance from acclaimed chefs, this event will showcase exceptional local and native ingredients through dishes that tell stories of the land, culture, and tradition.


Complement your relaxed dining experience with delicious, refreshing mocktails, specially curated for the evening. Embrace this alcohol-free event, designed to celebrate community, culinary innovation, and the rich Indigenous heritage of the Gascoyne region.


Set in a food theatre-style layout, you’ll roam from station to station around a glowing fire pit, sampling gourmet creations served by the talented students of the Training Centre under the expert guidance of acclaimed chefs.
