She is back on limited duty as she continues to heal AND the first thing she wanted to make was her amazing Aztecan Rice!

She plans to be with us on Saturday to join Dom making fresh wood fired tortillas - Dom makes flour and hand rolls, Nina makes corn and uses a traditional press - so you have an opportunity to see them both in action on Samplin’ SaturYAY!

Come get a warm fresh tortilla and maybe put a touch of Mexican rice on it - YUM!!

If things go well, we will be taking orders for hand-crafted Tamales as well - hope to see you Saturday.”
