August Reception and 98th Anniversary Celebration!

In celebration of the Carmel Art Association's 98th Anniversary, we are delighted to host our Annual Miniatures Raffle and present new August Exhibitions! Each year, our CAA Artist Members create unique artworks using 6x6 inch cradled birch wood panels. Would you like the chance to win one of these miniature gems?

You might be wondering how to participate in this exciting event. It's simple! You can purchase raffle tickets outright or receive free tickets by becoming an Associate Member. After purchasing your tickets, you can play in person or view the artwork on our website and call us here at the gallery to make your selections. The raffle begins August 1st.

The excitement doesn't stop there. August also brings the CAA three new Exhibitions.

Jessica Bovert presents her newest series of weavings in Pond Farm. CAA's Historic Department exhibits Countdown to 100 Years, featuring historic and vintage artworks by late CAA Artist Members. Sarah Healey and Melissa Lofton come together for Earth, Water & Air, a duo show shaped by years of living, painting, and connecting with the natural elements of Big Sur.
