Sound Bath and Guided Meditation on August 12th

Join Jillian Engstrom of Peninsula Sound Circles for an evening Sound Bath and Guided Meditation in Carmel.

Let the vibrations of the alchemized crystal singing bowls re-tune you down to a cellular level, offering both healing and an invitation into a state of peace, love and joy for all who attend.

Each gathering begins with a10 minute introduction to Sound Healing. Next, Jillian will lead you through a 15 minute guided meditation to transition your mind and body into a state of rest and reset so you may more fully experience and integrate the healing frequencies during the Sound Bath. Then, go deep into a 45 minute alchemized crystal singing bowl Sound Bath / Sound Journey, during which you will be bathed with cosmic vibrations. Leave feeling restored and recentered, both physically and spiritually.

If you prefer to lay down, please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket so you can be comfortable. There are a limited amount of mats, pillows and blankets for sharing at the Barn on a first come, first serve basis. If you prefer to sit up, there are lots of comfortable chairs and a few couches you can use.

For the best experience, dress in comfortable clothes and layers and please refrain from alcohol and limit afternoon caffeine before this gathering.
