Gedling Park + Stretching at the end 🧘‍♀️

This Saturday, we are heading to Gedling Country Park for a 5K walk using the Low Hazels (green route) – it’s got a few cheeky hills, so I would say it’s slightly challenging but 100% worth it!

After the walk, we will spend 20 minutes stretching, so bring a yoga mat if you have got one – or just a towel! I will guide you through the stretches.

It’s the perfect chance to move your body, get some fresh air, and connect with other amazing women.

Details:
1. Meeting Point: Near the park entrance, close to the car park and the café – you will spot me easily :)

2. Parking: Available, but no longer free – it’s £2 for the day

3. Bus info: NCT 61 stops right outside the park at Spring Lane

4. Facilities: Café + toilets = yes please

5. Bring plenty of water, sunscreen too! ☀️

Come as you are, bring your dog, your mates, or just your lovely self.
