Hot Yogi - Align & Refine

Did you know that Y6 Hot is our signature set sequence? Yasmine Tatim will focus on the key postures within this sequence and how your breath supports you. Learn how to take advanced posture variations to level up your practice or modifications to support your body. Gain a better understanding of why breath is just as important as alignment. You will leave this workshop with a new perspective of Y6 Signature.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you SIX-tuated. Our classes start promptly on time with NO LATE ENTRY.
