Yoga Teacher Training - 200 Hour Certification Program

The Embody School of Yoga's Teacher Training is a 200-Hour program through Yoga Alliance created to educate and empower yoga teachers to lead trauma informed, mindful and transformative classes.

Hosted at Embody Studio in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Led by Stacey DeGenaro (500 E-RYT, Aerial Yoga certified, SMRT-Core Trainer, Stott Pilates certified, Stott Barre certified, TRX certified) and Vanessa Cantrell (500 RYT, Founder of Embody studio, trauma sensitive certified)

Our thoughtfully designed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training unfolds over 4–5 months (beginning June 6th) offering a comprehensive and transformational learning journey. Students will complete an in-depth study of anatomy, functional movement, philosophy, teaching foundations and trauma informed yoga.
