Yoga & Sound Bath

We’re excited to invite you to a relaxing and restorative afternoon here at Netherby Hall on Sunday, 6th July, 1pm–5pm.

Join us in our beautiful gardens and grounds for a special Yoga & Sound Bath workshop led by the wonderful team from Esk Yoga, designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

During this peaceful session, you’ll experience:
- Traditional yoga practices including Asana, Pranayama,
- Meditation, and Savasana
- A soothing Sound Bath led by Gemma to calm your mind and relax your whole being

Afterwards, enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea, prepared by our team.

This workshop is perfect for all levels of experience, including beginners - a wonderful opportunity to nurture your body, mind, and soul in a stunning setting.
