Welcome to an afternoon of pure bliss!
Stress/ anxiety are an a debilitating constant drain on both the mind and body, many other issues can arise when suffering with stress ranging from aches and pains, fatigue, anxiety and much more. This workshop will focus deeply on the nervous system, getting you out of fight or flight mode and giving you tools to cope with stress and recognise when its building.
This workshop is focused on releasing deep layers of tension, stress and strain that's stored in the physical and energetic body. A combination of restorative yoga, yin yoga, and gentle rhythmic repetitive soothing movement along with meditation, breath work and long guided relaxation. Time to allow the mind and body to rejuvenate and return to a calmer, clearer state.
Emma will then guide you even deeper into the the inner body allowing even more to be released. This session is particularly effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness or for those who simply want to learn how to deeply relax.
Throughout the workshop Emma will guide you through meditations, visualisations and talk you through different ways to release the mind and body.
Before relaxation we will work an anxiety reliving reflex breath that allows you to dispel the carbon dioxide out of your body which is a stressor for your nervous system.
Ending the class with a guided yoga nidra whilst you’re wrapped up in blankets enabling you to float away to a deep state of relaxation.
Just the perfect two hours to fully let go. At the end of the workshop, you will drift out feeling truly refreshed and rested.
