Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. 4. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

8. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer?

The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.

9. Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring.
