NEW Living Better Together Sessions!

Join us at Pettril Bank Community Hall and take part in accessible fitness activities each week that everyone can enjoy, around this activity you will all have time to socialise and meet with friends.

Fitness activities take place between 10:30 - 11:30 am with social time and the option of cake after your workout.

Suitable for all abilities and lifelong conditions including but not limited to: Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Dementia and other age related issues, Plus family, friends, carers and any other support network.

Your first session is FREE
Sessions cost £4 Per Person (includes cake & drink).
