Each one-hour session aligns with seasonal transitions, creating a mindful exploration of nature's deficient and excessive rhythms within your own body. Through somatic enquiry, discover how to bring these rhythms into harmonious balance.

These masterclasses with Conor can be attended all together but don't worry if you don't make them all! Even one class with him will give you an exceptional experience!
