Free Meditation in Bitts Park

We all experience stress, worry, anxiety, frustration and many other problems and challenges. These short free meditations are for everyone and you can come and go as you please. You can bring a chair or blanket or simply sit on a bench near by.
There is a car park or easy access from the city centre or the Sands.
