WOMB is a community interest company based in Cardiff. Our Summer festival is back at Grange Pavilion on July 26th where we’re celebrating all things menstruation to menopause and everything in between.

This will be a nourishing, interactive and heart-centred day for everyone.

• LEARN in our engaging workshops & ceremony spaces among like-minded neighbours
• GET INFORMED & INSPIRED by over 15+ speakers who are thought leaders, and change makers in their field.

• INTERACT with art installations and live performances

• BROWSE stalls to discover products, services and our partner organisations supporting women and families in Cardiff.

• RELAX & EAT sample delicious foods and relax in chill-out zones.

Walk away with new insights on how you can add more joy and peace to your menstrual wellness, menopause and maternity experience.

Why are we putting on a menstrual, maternity and menopause festival?

Because women and birthing people deserve to thrive in all stages of their lives without compromising access to community, nourishment and fun!

Grange Pavilion and WOMB Summer Festival is an alcohol free zone and event. Drug and alcohol use will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave if you are found in possession of either.

Children should be supervised at all times due to the gardens containing 5 rain water ponds.
