Summer Beach Yoga & Gong Day Retreat - Ogmore-By-Sea

A special day retreat at Ogmore by Sea Hall including lunch and dessert by the sea 😊🙏

🟠 Saturday - August 30th - 10am to 3pm

🟠 The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

🟠 The day will start with a recharging Hatha Yoga session. We will then break for a healthy lunch, tea and dessert catered for by a wonderful local chef - healthy and vegetarian / vegan.

🟠 After lunch we will practise gentle Yin Yoga before a one hour full sound bath with symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.

🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, allergies etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form - any dietary requirements must be confirmed by August 16th.
