October 19th is known as International Gin and Tonic Day! Coincidentally but unconnectedly it is on the same day as Gail Stewart’s next Sound Journey at Pontcanna which will serve up a carefully and expertly blended tonic of uplifting sounds - but no Gin! And you are invited to join us to imbibe its wonderful intoxicating effects!
Gail is an experienced respected and very popular Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and at the same time help relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the wizardry of the interwoven sound vibrations! Gail's presentation will be beautifully complemented and enhanced by Susie Verran.
A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls crystal bowls gongs and a variety of other often unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over embrace and permeate them.
At the event ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally please bring something soft supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you.
