Sound Bath with Sacred Instruments

Join us and immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments.
Let the cells dance, as the sound and vibrations travel through your body and mind reaching down to the cellular structure. In this state you are able to release unwanted energy and absorb new energies, which bring you into harmony and balance through the law of resonance.
We will start with a meditation before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. This beat will merge with your heartbeat. Percussion instruments will be used, followed by Himalayan singing bowls, bespoke gongs, pipes, crystal singing bowls and much more.
Please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow to get comfortable and cosy. Bring some water to rehydrate yourself after the session.
The cost is £15. Please book in advance, as spaces are limited.
Sound therapy is beneficial for sleeping problems and aids all physical and emotional issues.
Contraindications are epilepsy and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
