An introduction to the essence of Shiatsu over 3 weekends. You will learn a full body sequence to practice on friends and family, develop self awareness and an introduction to the classical meridian system and 5 element theory. For self development, CPD or to learn new skills. This course is affiliated to the Bristol school of Shiatsu if you wish to continue into the year 1 training.
