Launching our first ever �Retreat to the Wild �
Come and join us at @garthglamping in Gwaelod y Garth for an evening of connection, nature & healing.
@the.wildphoenix will be leading us for a session on ‘Inner Child Healing’ and also a campfire macrame workshop, and the lovely Laura will be guiding us in mindful meditation and a sound bath.
Dinner will be cooked over the campfire, alongside soft & hot drinks (more than welcome to bring additional drinks), and we’d love there to be some music and singing along, but if you’d rather lie and gaze at the stars, dip your toes in the River Taff or simply squirrel away its entirely up to you!
There are two options:
£75 per person for overnight stay in a beautiful bell tent (tents sleep 4) and includes breakfast in the morning
£45 per person for the evening including dinner (only 4 spaces available).
