Power Up Summer: Cardiff- Meet puppies and find out about Power Up

Our Power Up Summer Programme is LIVE!

Being creative, moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned a summer packed with it all, for free, for young people and young adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Power Up is a youth-led wellbeing project and we want to make sure that young people stay in charge of how we run. So this session we will hang out and cuddle some therapy dogs while we also tell you about us and you can tell us what we should do next, when to do it and how!

Mainly up for a cuddle with the dogs? That's okay, please feel free to pop in and if you don't feel like talking, there will be no pressure.

This session will be for all young people ages 10-25YO in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan - bring a friend if you like!

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Please ensure you are contactable if you are a parent/guardian in case we need any consent/ disclaimers on behalf of the venues (e.g. for any outdoor exercise activities)

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty crafting, where applicable
