Power Up does Circus Skills with Fiery Jacks at Eastmoors Youth Centre in Splott, Cardiff.

Moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem.

So get ready to challenge yourself, meet other young people in the area and have a blast - learn and develop skills like juggling, hula hoop, tightrope, acrobatics etc during these four fully funded session with trained instructors from Fiery Jack!

Sessions will be in a 3 week block each Tuesday:

Tuesday 8th July 2025 4.30-5.30pm

Tuesday 15th July 2025 4.30-5.30pm

Tuesday 22nd July 2025 4.30-5.30pm

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Signing up gives access to ONE of the three sessions in July 2025- please book on sepearately to all the sessions the young person would like to attend.

We will get in touch with all who have booked tickets approx 1 week prior to the first session to confirm attendance. Please respond to our contact, as we will otherwise have to assume you no longer wish for the ticket and allocate it to the next person on the waiting list.

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise.

All participants will need to sign a waiver form for the exercises classes.
