Come join us for a free taster session by The Mama Cwtch! We're here to support you through the wild ride of Matrescence: Down-to-earth, friendly and taking on the real and raw stuff of motherhood, through talks, interactive activities and laughter. Take some time out for yourself - meet other new parents, share stories, and discover what matrescence means together. See you there!

Aimed at new mothers, but partners and little ones are very welcome - relaxed caberat-style atmosphere, feel free to come as you are. You weren't designed to go through matrescence alone - so we can't wait to meet you!
