Join us for a memorable, creative experience making your own ceramic mug and matching coaster set.
Our V21 Pottery studio is located at the V21 Sbectrwm Centre in Fairwater, Cardiff. Overlooking our community garden it's a peaceful, relaxed space to get creative with clay and a great way to spend a Saturday. Our sessions are fun and friendly, and suitable for complete beginners and more experienced potters alike.
During this workshop our expert pottery instructors will guide you through the process of rolling slabs and forming handles. You will then use your creativity to decorate your pieces with foliage from our beautiful community garden, or by choosing from our variety of text and decorative stamps to complete your design.
To finish things off you will be able to pick from a selection of glazes which will be applied by pottery staff making them fully functional and ready for your favourite hot drink.

Materials and tools will be provided on the day.
Your creations will be fired and glazed by our V21 Pottery team and ready for you to collect within 4 weeks.
Workshops are open to any ability 14 years and above.
Free parking available on site, with close train and bus routes.
Complimentary tea and coffee provided.
Please note: pottery making can get messy, you will be provided with an apron but it is advisable to wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
