Step gently into an early autumn retreat held in the peaceful surroundings of St. Fagans. Rooted in the meaning of its name—“spring” or “well” in Welsh—Ffynnon invites you to pause, soften, and return to yourself. This one-day journey offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your inner world, restore your energy, and feel held by the grounding presence of nature. Throughout the day, a team of experienced facilitators will lovingly guide you through practices that encourage stillness, emotional release, and heartfelt connection.
🧘♀️ Welcome Yoga – Begin with a gentle, heart-opening yoga session with @cloudstaryoga to awaken the body and create space within.
🌬 Breathwork Journey – Be guided by @ninthdimensionbreathwork through a deeply restorative breathwork session to support healing and release.
🖊 Journalling Moments – You’ll be invited into quiet moments of self-reflection throughout the day, with simple prompts to support emotional clarity, insight, and intention-setting.
🥗 Nourishing Lunch – Enjoy a wholesome vegetarian meal lovingly prepared by holistic nutritionist @mollylove_functionalnutrition.
🌿 Nature Walk & Herbal Tea – Stroll through the ancient landscape of St. Fagans, holding a warm cup of herbal tea from Brew and Breathe and letting nature gently settle your nervous system.
🥣 Nutrition Talk – A relaxed, accessible conversation about nourishment and wellbeing, offering gentle guidance to support your energy, mood, and seasonal balance, with @mollylove_functionalnutrition.
🔔 Sound Bath Closing Ceremony – Fully rest and integrate as you're immersed in the soothing sounds of a closing sound bath, once again held by @cloudstaryoga.
This retreat is a space to exhale, to listen inward, and to gently tend to what your heart and body need.
