Beginners Yoga Class in Roath

A lovely gentle class for all those new to yoga or for those who aren't after anything dynamic. Perfect if you want to breathe better, sleep well, stretch your body, learn how to relax fully and meet some new people.

We are a very friendly studio on Partridge Lane. You can't park on the lane but there are plenty of parking places nearby on all the streets. The lane is next to 56 partridge Road.

We have mats, blankets and water here for you but feel free to bring your own - it is always nicer to use your own mat if you have one - I think so anyway :)

Booking can be done in 5 or 10 week blocks. That way you can get a feel for the class and see all those lovely benefits start to manifest.
