Princess Warrior Series

The Princess Warrior Series guides young girls into exploring, harnessing, and uncovering their inner power, strength, and beauty. Utilizing intention setting, music, movement, and creativity, this series encompasses the many different aspects of what it means to be a girl.

Participants will learn how to

• Notice and understand inner body cues
• Build fun and supportive relationships

• Decipher the messages of emotions

• Interrupt negative thought cycles
• Take aligned actions on dreams
• Be the girl that YOU are

What you learn in this series can be used for a lifetime!

If you’re a teen girl who is wanting to feel more confident, do more of what makes you feel most like you, have supportive and fun friendships, and feel a sense of belonging in your community then this series is for you!

The Princess Warrior Series will meet each week on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30pm for 4 weeks at True Nature in the Meditation Room.

Middle School Summer Cohort (open to 13-15 year old girls)

• Session 1: June 4th
• Session 2: June 11th
• Session 3: June 18th
• Session 4: June 25th
