Soundbath Meditation at The Core St Ives Orchard

We are holding a beautiful Sound Journey meditation, at the acoustically wonderful Core building in St Ives Orchard.
Come and enjoy the wonderfully powerful vibrations from the Crystal and Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Strings & other instruments.

Sound has been utilised as a tool for healing in various cultures for thousands of years. The various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to equilibrium.

With a background in Sound Engineering & as a musician, I have always known the healing capacity/ power of sound and music.

Please contact me if you are pregnant, if you have any health conditions such as Sound Induced Epilepsy, Severe Mental health, or a Pace-maker.

Please bring a yoga mat/ something comfortable to lie on, a pillow, eye pillow and blanket.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortably setup.
