This type of conscious, connected breathing can wake us up to a new, very real expanded consciousness that guides us into deeper Self-awareness and re-awakening of our true life force. When we’re able to integrate this state into our everyday lives, we’re able to live in alignment and more authentically from our truth, and this in turn allows us to naturally shine our true light out into the world.
Description of breathwork:
Breathing into Wholeness is a powerful way to move energy, gain greater clarity, and unravel stuck places. Generally this practice is done lying on the back, breathing dynamically through an open mouth, in and out without pauses or breath holds. The breath journey is lightly guided and accompanied by carefully selected evocative music.
This gentle yet deep way of breathing into and embracing whatever wants to move through us helps us to more easily unlock and release old, trapped energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions that keep us from our own sense of wholeness and fulfillment.
Every breath we take is sacred...an opportunity to connect with our deeper wisdom!
Devi Peri
Devi completed her Clarity Breathwork facilitator training over 10 years ago. For the first couple years after her training, Devi worked primarily coaching individuals, bringing her background in mindfulness and embodied movement, along with nature connection into her one-on-one breathwork sessions (Earth&Body Breathwork program). Once she moved to Santa Cruz in 2017, she expanded her practice to also offer group classes and workshops, now known as Breathing into Wholeness.
