World Ocean Day Exhibition: Adrift

In celebration of World Ocean Day we welcome you to visit our exhibition “Adrift”.

Join us for the opening evening at Studio 50, Imhoff Farm on the 5th June 2025 at 6PM for an opening World Ocean Day presentation by James Lowe

Adrift brings together three artists that find inspiration from the fragility and unpredictability of the ocean.

Janet transforms found ocean plastic into detailed thought provoking sculptures symbolising natures resilience and beauty.

Beth uses oil on canvas, watercolours and found-objects to capture the changing moods of the dramatic skies, wild waves and beach goers that brave the cape conditions.

James uses cyanotype to transform his underwater kelp forest photographs into works of art. The cyanotype Prussian blue compliments his sea-scapes drawing in the viewer to examine the underwater worlds.
