Join Us for a Memorial Ride in partnership with Pedal Power Association in Honour of Danilo Waene.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of our colleague and friend, Danilo, who tragically passed away on his way to work on Friday, August 1st.
To celebrate his life and the joy he brought to our cycling community, we invite you to join us for a community memorial ride.
📍 Meet-up: Olympic Cycles Kenilworth - 311 Main Road, Kenilworth and end at Giant Cape Town in the Foreshore.
🕢 Time: From 7:00 AM (we’ll roll out once everyone has arrived)

We will stop at the accident site where a ghost bike will be set up in partnership with PPA in memory of Danilo.
Let’s ride together in honour of Danilo — a father, a husband, a brother, a friend, a cyclist.
