Dive Against Debris

Come help us clean up the Chesapeake Bay! We're heading to our PADI Adopt the Blue site to remove and report any underwater debris we find. And YOU are invited!

Learn how to organize underwater cleanups and report what you find, earn the PADI specialty and join our Dive Against Debris Team....at the closest beach to DC!

Visibility is extremely limited (like one foot max), so be prepared! It’s also extremely silty, so good buoyancy is essential. We’ll have safety divers in the water with you, set up dive floats and surface markers and everything else we can think of to ensure your safety. If you're comfortable diving inverted in shallow water while holding on to your buddy and feeling around for debris, this is for you!
