Night Out with the Critters 2025

This year, get up close and personal with our red panda, walk through the wallaby yard, feed the camels, watch animal training sessions and much more! We will be selling our Animal Art collection along with other items at the event. We accept cash, checks, e-payments, and cards.

Refunds/Cancellations

• This event is RAIN or SHINE! It will only be cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions and all ticket holders will be notified via email and receive full refunds.
• There will be no refunds after Wednesday June 18, 2025.
• Full refunds will be issued by request no later than Thursday June 12, 2025. Cancellation fees will be taken out of refunds 7 days prior to the event.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Gates open at 5:00 pm. We recommend that guests arrive no later than 6:00 pm in order to see all areas of the zoo.
• Snacks and beverages will be provided, but it is recommended that you eat dinner before coming to the event. No food is to be eaten outside of the picnic areas
• Bug spray is recommended.
• CLOSED TOE SHOES ONLY. Open toed shoes will not be allowed in animal enclosures.

All regular zoo rules remain in effect.

1. Children are to remain with a parent or adult at all times.
2. Running through the zoo and/or exhibits is not allowed, as it may upset or frighten our animals.
3. Touching/feeding of the animals will not be allowed unless otherwise instructed by a zoo keeper. Failure to comply may mean your group’s removal from the event with no refunds
4. Close-toed shoes must be worn to enter animal enclosures. NO sandals or flip-flops will be allowed in areas with animals.
5. No Alcohol/smoking/substance use is allowed in the zoo. If a staff member believes a guest to be under the influence, they are allowed to remove your entire group from the event with no refund

Animal Welfare Clauses:

• Animals may become nervous or frightened; therefore zoo keepers reserve the right to close off an area if an animal appears to be overly stressed.
• Although certain stations will provide treats for/close up opportunities of the animals, there is no guarantee they will eat all that is offered or be at the station all the time
