Peach Jam Making Workshop

Learn to make low to no sugar jams with Pamona Pectin! Create it hot & spicy or add blue basil for a vanilla chai flavor. You will take home enough pectin for 21 half pints of jam, pre-made calcium water + the jar of jam you make in class. In this 2 hr class we will cover the whole process from mixing pectin to preparing fruit, safety tips, recipes and water bath canning.

This class will be held outdoors at @Green's Garden Farm and Garden Center.
Each class participant will receive a 15% discount on all canning supplies
$35/per person.
