Fitness Field Trip: River Walking

It's the FINAL week of river walking at Cape Splash, and with this crazy hot weather, we couldn't miss a final stroll in the lazy river!

Enjoy a low-impact workout while walking in the lazy river at Cape Splash! Walk with the current or against it to customize your workout. Water walking increases your blood flow and warms your muscles and joints. All fitness levels welcome.

Open to adults 18 and over!

Weekly river walking times are:
MON - THURS.
9:15 A.M.- 10:45 A.M.
MON & WED: 6:30 P.M 7:45 P.M.

Field Trip Cost: Free to Zumba Ellen VIP guests.
- We will all meet on the side at the main entrance and walk in together. Don't wait in line - they're expecting us!

Bring/Wear: Wear a swimsuit and/or water shoes, water, along with a towel and optional change of clothes.

Note: there is toddler splash pad time open at the same time (~ $5/child) so families with littles, dad could bring the kids to play while we walk for a fun end of summer celebration!
