Join us in the backyard of the studio to release, reset, repair your mind, body soul through Ecstatic Dance with Nico. You can start arriving at 5:30p if you would like to pick some dance props or receive some tribal face paint. We will start the class between 6:00-6:15p. PROPS are limited.
We will start the class with a small ceremony, and a short dance tutorial to guide you through your ecstatic dance journey.
This class will be $10.00 minimum, tips are always welcome. This is a cash only event as we will not have time to take credit card payments the day of. Feel free to reach out before the event if you need to use a credit card, pay pal, cash app, or venmo. We will submit your payment and send you a receipt to bring to the event.
What is ecstatic dance????
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice where participants dance freely without judgment, choreography, or structured steps. It is often accompanied by rhythmic, immersive music and is designed to encourage self-expression, emotional release, and a deep connection to the body.

Ecstatic dance has roots in ancient tribal and spiritual traditions, including Sufi whirling, shamanic rituals, and African dance. In modern times, it has been popularized by conscious dance communities worldwide, often associated with mindfulness, healing, and self-discovery.
Who Is It For?
Anyone can participate! There’s no need for prior dance experience. It’s commonly practiced at festivals, community events, wellness retreats, and even in private settings.
