On Sunday, February 8th, join us for Sunset Sunday Beach Circle—an evening of heart-opening yin yoga, salty air, and intentional self-care. We’ll settle into the heart through yin yoga, sip on a nourishing Love Potion mocktail, and melt into a deeply relaxing savasana sound bath as the sun sets over the water.

A beach blanket and/or mat
Beach Towel
2 Blocks (if you have them)
Hat/Sunglasses
