Let's kick off Global Running Day 2025 the right way — with a fun, FREE, untimed, community run right here in South Cape!

Global Running Day is a worldwide celebration of running that encourages everyone to get moving. It doesn't matter how fast you run or how far you go.
The important thing is that you get out, have fun being active, and inspire others to join you!
This event is FREE, family-friendly, and pet-friendly — all paces and ages welcome! Whether you're a seasoned runner, casual jogger, or just looking for a good walk with great people, this is your day to move and connect with your community. It’s untimed so enjoy yourselves!
We'll have:
~ Multiple route options for all levels
~Water station at mile 1.5 for the 5k runners
