Rebel’s Weightlifting Club will be hosting a 6 session programme which will give you the tools to be more confident in the gym environment and help you get strong!

This programme is perfect for:

🩷Women who aren’t sure where to start in strength training
🩷Women who are looking for a supportive gym environment
🩷Finding friends to work out with!

You get:
💪1x weekly session with a qualified weightlifting coach
💪Exclusive access to a closed session at Rebuild Capalaba (Sundays 8:30am)
💪How-to videos for home training
💪Programming to suit your fitness and strength level
💪Last session includes a "Body Spanner" workshop
