Duathlon at Wellness Way & Clay Trail

Meet at the intersection of Wellness Way Extension and 5 Mile Road for a duathlon training. The run will be on the Clay Trail, the bike will be on the new Wellness Way extension.
Run: 1 mile on the clay trail
Bike: 10 miles on the Wellness Way extension
Run: 3.1 miles on the clay trail

We will park along the grass median.

Bike Racks will be set up for the training.

There are no restrooms there. BYO hydration.
