Slow down, stretch, and ground yourself this winter.
Join us every Sunday evening from 5:30-6:30 pm at The Yoga Lounge for a relaxing, beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you unwind and reset for the week ahead. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect.
These sessions are by donation - pay what you can.
What to bring: Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one (a few extras will be available). Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Building Access: Please note that the Yoga Lounge is on the second floor (above Cafe Books) and is only accessible via a flight of stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause regarding accessibility.
