Special Event: Open Mic Night - Celebrating Disability Week in the Bow Valley.

artsPlace welcomes performers and audience members of all abilities to their events. During Disability Celebration Week, we especially encourage members of the disability community to join in — to sing, speak, perform, or simply enjoy the show and cheer others on.
This event is open to everyone: artists, athletes, performers, and allies alike, but open mic performances are reserved for those sharing their stories through the arts: i.e. singing, dancing, poetry etc.
This event is free, donations welcome. artsPlace is wheelchair accessible and has accessible washrooms. Our cabaret-style setup will be thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and ease of access for all. We will have an earlier start time of 6:30pm, with doors open and sign-up beginning at 6:00pm.
Join us for a unique and inclusive evening of music, storytelling, and community.
