Take a mindful pause and shift into creativity. This outdoor evening workshop begins with a guided meditation to help you ground, release stress, and find presence in the moment.
From there, you’ll move into Abstract Flow — a painting practice that’s all about process, not product. Using colour, brushstrokes, and texture, you’ll explore how feelings, movement, and intuition can guide your creativity. There’s no expectation to create something “perfect” — the beauty lies in letting go, shifting your focus inward, and seeing what flows onto the canvas.
No art or meditation experience is needed. This is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the simple act of creating outdoors in community.
✨ All art supplies provided. Just bring comfortable clothes (that you don’t mind getting a little paint on), and curiosity.
