Join the Intrepid crew for a 7-week Strength and Conditioning program in Canmore, designed specifically for outdoor athletes who love the trails. Whether you’re tackling technical singletrack, chasing summits, or training for a mountain race, this program will help you build strength, improve endurance, boost agility, and stay injury-free.
Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and performance conditioning—tailored to the demands of mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and alpine adventures.

🕒 Monday nights: 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
📍 Location: Oak and Pine Athletics, Canmore
